Kaizen's flagship, created by Chef Jaque Katecare with the best ingredients of the season. A contemporary sequence of dishes, exclusive sushi, fresh sashimi and a special dessert. Average service time: 1h30.

In the Salmon Festival, only sashimi is limited, to 10 slices per person. Every other dish can be repeated as many times as you like.

In the Golden Festival, sashimi is unlimited. The menu also includes shrimp, special sushi with tobiko roe and a dessert to finish the experience.

In the Vegan Festival, you enjoy a special selection of vegan sushi and a variety of dishes prepared with fresh, flavorful ingredients and plenty of creativity.
