Brewed in Akita with rice polished to 55% and fermented at low temperatures, this Junmai Ginjo stands out for its balance between the richness of rice and fruity freshness. Delicate aromas recall apple and melon, with a soft texture, gentle umami, lively acidity and a clean finish. Excellent with assorted sushi, white-fish sashimi, scallops and lightly grilled dishes.
