The 720 ml bottle of Hakushika's traditional Junmai Ginjo, brewed in the famous Nada region with exceptionally pure Miyamizu mineral water and rice polished to 60%. It has a refined, subtly fruity bouquet with gentle notes of melon and fresh pear. On the palate it reveals a silky texture, beautifully balanced medium body and a clean, refreshing finish, making it perfect for complete meals, premium sushi, white-fish sashimi, scallops and ceviche.
