Taiheizan Kimoto Shirakami - 720 ml
Brewed in the frigid Akita Prefecture using the ancestral Kimoto method, this sake develops natural richness and complexity through an exceptionally slow fermentation. It has a bold, full-bodied profile with excellent acidity, subtle earthy notes and deep rice umami, followed by a smooth, clean finish. Outstanding with robata-grilled dishes, structured hot dishes, teriyaki-accented preparations and fattier cuts.
