La Jolie Brut Rosé

Founded in 1961, the young Jean-Claude Boisset settled in Gevrey-Chambertin and began a small wine production. From the 1970s onward, the wines began to be exported across Europe. Jean-Claude Boisset later established himself in Vougeot and then Nuits-Saint-Georges. Food pairing: appetizers, mild cheeses, oysters and shellfish.
